By accessing or using Puzzle Generators Inc ("Service", "Platform", "We"), operated globally, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our Service.
Subscribers with an active PRO Subscription are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license to publish, print, distribute, and sell any puzzles, activities, and PDF books generated during their active subscription term. This includes commercial publication on platforms such as Amazon KDP, Etsy, IngramSpark, or personal online storefronts. Free plan users are limited to personal, non-commercial use.
PRO subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled by the user. By subscribing, you authorize Puzzle Generators Inc to charge your designated payment method for the recurring subscription fee. You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time through your Account Billing Portal.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security or terms of service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puzzle Generators Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or review decisions by third-party publishing platforms (e.g. Amazon KDP).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All subscription payments, fees, and renewals are 100% final and non-refundable once processed. We do not offer cash refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits for unused time or mid-cycle cancellations.
In compliance with US FTC guidelines, you can cancel your recurring subscription at any time with a single click from your account panel or Billing Portal. Cancelling will instantly disable future automatic billing charges.
When you cancel your PRO subscription, your account will remain PRO active with full features until the final day of your current prepaid billing period. No further charges will be billed to your payment method after cancellation.
Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or credit card provider without contacting support first will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any generated commercial licenses.
We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide our services, including your name, email address, account preferences, and generation activity logs.
Payment card transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS certified payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). Puzzle Generators Inc does not store credit card credentials or sensitive payment details on our servers.
We strictly adhere to US privacy regulations (including California CCPA and CalOPPA) and international standards. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
You have the right to request access to your stored personal data, request correction, or request full deletion of your account at any time by contacting our support team.
